As we enter the 2023-2024 school year, LISD is excited to announce the launch of a new program aimed at developing aspiring leaders at all levels within our district. Our primary goal is to enhance the skillsets of our district and campus leaders, which we believe will lead to significant improvements in our schools and greater success for our students.

To make this program a resounding success, the Laredo ISD's Leadership Development Department will be conducting various trainings throughout the year for principals, aspiring principals, and aspiring assistant principals/teacher leaders. These training sessions will focus on honing both leadership and technical skills, and we anticipate having 110 participants attending the monthly sessions.
