Laredo ISD students made their mark at the 9th Annual Region One Student by Student Conference in Edinburg, Texas! Representing the district with pride, 22 students and 7 staff members participated in this day of innovation and collaboration. Garcia ECHS presented a hands-on session introducing the basics of coding, while Sabas Perez ECHS shared their award-winning journey in robotics. From presenting to participating in breakout sessions, our students embraced the opportunity to lead, learn, and grow alongside peers from across the region.

Nixon High School senior athlete Sean Priego signed his NLI to continue his academic and football career at Mount Mercy in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Farias Elementary bloomed with excitement this morning during their Farm Fresh Annual School Garden Event! Students proudly showed off their thriving garden beds filled with cabbage, onions, peppers, and tomatoes, and even released ladybugs to protect their crops naturally. Way to go, Falcons! A hands-on lesson in growth and sustainability! 🌱🐞
