Every brushstroke shows their dedication, teamwork, and school pride as they turn a blank wall into a vibrant tribute to the music and spirit of our band.
This mural is more than just art, it is about bringing our school community together and celebrating our students’ passion and energy. Stay tuned to see the completed mural soon.

Last night, our Mighty Lion Football Teams wrapped up their season with two incredible championship games.
Our 7th-grade team faced the Christen Cubs and came out on top with a score of 16 to 12, earning the championship title! 🏆
Our 8th-grade team battled the Cigarroa Bulldogs in a hard-fought game that ended in a 6 to 6 tie, earning them the title of Co-Champions! 💪
We are so proud of the heart, teamwork, and sportsmanship our Lions showed all season long. 💚
A huge thank you to our amazing administrators Ms. M. Valdez, Ms. J. Dominguez, Ms. E. Sepulveda, Ms. S. Trevino, and Mr. A. Barbosa, our dedicated coaches Dovalina, Garcia, Moncivais, Rodriguez, and Salinas. 🙌
Thank you also to all the families, students, teachers and staff who filled the stands and cheered our teams on. You helped make this season one to remember.

🚒 A big thank you to the City of Laredo Fire Department’s Opioid Response Team! 🚒
Today, our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Lions learned valuable lessons from some of Laredo’s bravest as they shared an eye-opening presentation about opioids, fentanyl, overdoses, and the use of Narcan to save lives. Their message reminded our students of the serious dangers of drug use and the importance of making safe, healthy choices.
With Red Ribbon Week just around the corner, this was the perfect way to kick off conversations about living drug-free and staying aware. Thank you to our local heroes for their time, dedication, and service to our community! ❤️💪
