Join us for the VMT Student Showcase, featured as part of Caminarte in the Laredo Cultural District, where the talented students of Vidal M. Treviño School of Communications and Fine Arts will share their creativity with the community. Our Art, CTE, Music, Theater, and Dance students will be showcasing their passion and artistic expression in this special evening celebrating the arts.
This event highlights the hard work, imagination, and dedication of our VMT students while connecting our school with the vibrant arts community through Caminarte.

🎭 VMT Theater Students Take the Stage! 🎭
Today, the VMT Theater Department presented a student directed production titled "Dalmatian" in the Black Box Theater, showcasing the incredible talent and creativity of our students. VMT students were treated to this special performance during the school day, experiencing the hard work and dedication that went into bringing the production to life. The play featured performances and design work by students in our Drama classes under the instruction of Mr. Joe Flores, along with the outstanding technical support from students in Technical Theater under the instruction of Mr. Joshua Wolfe. Together, these students collaborated to create a memorable theatrical experience for the VMT community.
A special thank you to Alan Garcia for designing the event flyer and to Gabriella Ramos for capturing the production through photography. Great job to all the students involved in this production!

We are incredibly proud of these students for their creativity, dedication, and for representing VMT with excellence. In addition to their awards, these remarkable works of art were also featured in the showcase auction, highlighting the talent and craftsmanship of our young artists. Keep creating and keep defining the standard, Gladiators!
Throughout the year, she showcases the beauty and tradition of Folklórico, guiding her students with discipline, passion, and high standards of performance. Thank you for all that you do for our dancers and our VMT family. We are proud to honor you as our February Teacher of the Month!
