M. B. Lamar Middle School is celebrating one of its educators, Ms. K. Valdez, who was recently recognized by the district as the most consistent user of Nearpod at the middle school level.
Nearpod is an interactive instructional platform that allows teachers to deliver lessons in real time while engaging students through polls, activities, videos, and formative assessments. The platform encourages active participation and provides teachers with immediate feedback on student understanding.
