LISD Attendance Officers / Scouts were recognized for their dedication and commitment with student attendance intervention efforts in Fall Semester. Congratulations to their Attendance Teams and Principals! Arminda Gonzalez - Nixon High School - 2,944 interventions, Sirenia Serrano - Zachry Elementary School - 2,800 interventions, Mariana P. Vazquez - Christen Middle School - 2,751 interventions (not in picture), Noe G. Gamez - Martin High School - 2,284 interventions (not in picture), Eva Palomo - Ligarde Elementary School - 1,151 interventions, and Roberto Arteaga - Sanchez/Ochoa Elementary School - 1,073 interventions.
Students report back to school tomorrow, Tuesday, January 9th! Please drop off students on time so that they may enjoy a nutritious breakfast. Also tomorrow is a pajama day!
