About IT

The Information Technology (IT) Department handles the function of technology and assists the instructional technology department in the area of maintenance and installation of hardware, software, and network connectivity.

The administrative area is composed of finance software, which includes payroll, accounts payable, accounting, purchasing, fixed assets, food services, human resources, PIEMs, and tax office.

IT is also responsible for the student administrative software which is composed of student demographic data, family data, attendance, immunizations, grades, student special population coding, scheduling, PIEMs, and discipline tracking.

We are also responsible for the maintenance of all the instructional and administrative PC's and printers, as well as the installation of instructional software. We manage the district's Wide Area Network (WAN) and the Local Area Network (LAN).

We work together with the Instructional Technology department in maintaining the districts email server and internet server.
