Teachers Provide an instructional program for all children that ensures fluency in English and Spanish, dual literacy, computer literacy and high academic achievement in all areas of the curriculum by the 12th grade. Utilize student assessment data to guide instructional planning and academic progress. Participate in the development and implementation of a challenging and culturally relevant curriculum in English and Spanish. Collaborate with other special program staff to maximize resources in meeting the needs of all students. Foster and support a parent-teacher partnership in which the parents play an active role in the educational process of their children. Participate in cultural arts programs for schools and community that enhance self-esteem and cultural pride of students.
