I.S.D. Campus Crime Stoppers is a non-profit corporation, and though
supported by the school district, is a separate entity. The district
office is at Martin High School and is made up of four middle
schools, five high schools and twenty-one elementary schools. The
organization’s mission is to provide students with the opportunity
to give information by phone, anonymously about any illegal
activities at their campus, thus providing a drug-free and safe
learning environment. This organization gives rewards for tips that
prevent a crime or tips which lead to the arrest or expulsion of a
student committing an offense. The amount of the reward is decided
by the student board of directors at each school where the offense
occurred.
