Safety Tip Line

Any Safety/Risk/Emergency Management concerns/issues can be reported by completing the information requested below. The Safety/Risk/Emergency Management Department will conduct a safety assessment of the issue reported to ensure that remediation or prevention be considered. You may remain anonymous by not disclosing your name or you can ask that your identity be kept confidential. If you remain anonymous, please provide as much information as possible to perform an investigation (i.e. location of safety concern, description of safety concern, etc.). The information can also be a safety recommendation so as to improve our district’s Safety/Risk/Emergency Management Program.
