GOAL I
By the year 2010, Laredo Independent School District shall meet or exceed federal, state, and local academic mandates.
GOAL II
By the year 2010, Laredo Independent School District shall achieve a fund balance equal to two months of operations expenditure and shall achieve fiscal reporting recognition awards.
GOAL III
By the year 2010, Laredo Independent School District shall be recognized for a comprehensive student support system that promotes a safe learning environment thru innovative safety programs.
GOAL IV
By the year 2010, Laredo Independent School District shall be recognized for its partnerships with community institutions, business entities, and parent groups that combine to support student achievement.
GOAL V
By the year 2010, Laredo Independent School District shall be recognized for its stable construction facilities program that support student achievement creating an environment conducive to student excelling.
