What is an EAP?
An EAP is an Employee Assistance
Program. It is a confidential benefit provided by your employer
for you and your eligible dependents at no cost to you.
Your employer wants to help if
you are experiencing any type of stress. In order to assist you,
your employer has contracted with Deer Oaks to provide counseling
and referrals to help you reduce your stress and resolve your
problems.
If you are having problems with
drugs or alcohol, Deer Oaks EAP Services can help you. Deer Oaks
can also help you find out why you "just aren't feeling well
enough to go to work", or "why you become irritated with
co-workers or family members" or "why you might be losing sleep".
Deer Oaks is here to help you.
Deer Oaks offers a team of
trained counselors who are ready to assist you and your
dependents.
